Kristen Maple

Kristen Maple is the Chief Impact Officer for Lord Abbett. In this role, she is responsible for creating an environment that upholds our principles-based, performance-oriented and purpose-driven culture to ensure the peak performance of the firm. Ms. Maple also oversees Human Capital Management, which includes the firm’s diversity & inclusion efforts and community relations. In addition, she leads Lord Abbett’s Global Corporate Citizenship Committee, whose members act as stewards of the firm’s mission by inspiring its people to realize its higher purpose and embrace its culture. Ms. Maple also serves on the Executive and Investment committees, which are responsible for driving the firm’s vision and strategy by managing and operating the firm. In addition, she serves on the firm’s Leader Development committee, which is responsible for developing leaders and protecting the culture of the firm.
Ms. Maple joined Lord Abbett in 2000 and was named Partner in 2015. Prior to her current role, she led the Marketing Communications Group, overseeing marketing campaign development and execution, project management, and production. Previously, Ms. Maple worked in various roles within Institutional Investor Services, managing different aspects of sales and client service support for the firm’s institutional clients. Her previous experience includes roles in the finance division at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and in the Defined Contribution Recordkeeping department at Deutsche Bank. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1995.
She earned a BS in business administration from the University of Delaware.
