Our partnership with St. Peter’s University helps prepare the next generation of investment professionals while strengthening our connection to the community. Students gain hands-on experience with Lord Abbett investment professionals, mentorship, and exposure to careers in financial services, building practical skills and perspective as they begin their careers in the financial industry. 

Lord Abbett works with Girls Who Invest to help more women build careers in investment management. Through mentorship, internships, and employment opportunities, we give participants direct exposure to the industry and opportunities to build their skills and experience. 

Since 2017, Lord Abbett has supported Year Up’s mission to create educational and career pathways for young adults. Through financial education and workplace development programs, we help students build the skills, confidence, and experience to succeed.
