2024 Lord Abbett Partner Appointments:
Sarah V. Ali - Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Investments: Ms. Ali joined Lord Abbett in 2019 and is responsible for providing broad management and strategic oversight of the firm’s investment, research, and trading teams. In addition, she serves on the firm’s Investment, Operating, and Standards & Practices Committees. She was named Senior Managing Director in 2022.
Vince Lu - Partner, Portfolio Manager-Private Credit: Mr. Lu joined Lord Abbett as a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Private Credit in October of 2023. Mr. Lu is responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of the firm’s private credit investments and related funds. He is also involved in developing the investment process for private credit as well as the due diligence and credit evaluation of investment opportunities.
2024 Lord Abbett Senior Managing Director Appointments:
Christopher English - Portfolio Manager, Tax Free Fixed Income, CFA: Mr. English is responsible for contributing to the management of the firm’s tax-free strategies with a focus on the Sustainable Municipal Bond Fund, Intermediate Tax Free Fund, and Intermediate Managed Accounts. Mr. English joined Lord Abbett in 2010.
Karen Gunnerson - Portfolio Manager, Taxable Fixed Income: Ms. Gunnerson is responsible for contributing to the management of the firm’s taxable-fixed income strategies with a focus on high quality securities. Ms. Gunnerson joined Lord Abbett in 2017.
John Hardy – Portfolio Manager, Value Equity: Mr. Hardy is responsible for contributing to the management of the firm’s large cap value, multi cap value, mid cap value, smid cap value and small cap value strategies.
Mr. Hardy joined Lord Abbett in 2011.
