Partner, Director of Investment Operations |
Christoph Kuehne, a Partner and Director of Investment Operations, is responsible for the operational infrastructure that supports the administration and accounting of the firm’s institutional and sponsor-driven, separately managed accounts and trading support for all of Lord Abbett’s portfolio management trading activities. In addition, Mr. Kuehne heads up the operational support for the firm’s data initiatives.
Mr. Kuehne, who has more than 15 years of experience in the financial service industry, joined Lord Abbett in 2004 as Director of Project Management. In 2010, he was promoted to Director of Investment Operations, and was named Partner in 2012. Prior to joining Lord Abbett, he served as Principal in the Financial Services Practice at Droege & Comp., International Management Consultants. His previous experience also includes various positions such as Operational Risk Manager and Project Office Manager at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Kuehne earned a BS in international management from the University of Bremen in Germany and an MBA from Marist College.
