Partner, Director of the Strategic Relationship Group |
Jack Baldwin is a Partner and Director of the Strategic Relationship Group, responsible for managing the business relationships with, and strategy efforts relating to, Lord Abbett's distribution partners, particularly wirehouses, and global banks.
Mr. Baldwin, who has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, joined Lord Abbett in 2000 as a Regional Manager in the Midwest and was named Partner in 2008. In 2005, he joined the Global Relationship Management Group as Director of National Accounts for Global Banks and Wirehouses.
Before joining Lord Abbett, Mr. Baldwin was an Institutional Government Securities Broker at Garban-Intercapital Securities from 1993–2000. He was previously a broker with Hilliard Farber & Co.
He is an active member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and the Money Management Institute, the trade association for advisory-based businesses. Mr. Baldwin also is active with his local Police Athletic League as a volunteer coach.
Mr. Baldwin earned his BA in history from the University of Delaware. He received the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
