Partner, Director of Taft-Hartley Services |
John F. Corr is a Partner and Director of Taft-Hartley Services, responsible for managing Lord Abbett's relationships within the multi-employer marketplace.
Mr. Corr, who has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, joined Lord Abbett in 2000 and became a Partner in 2006.
Prior to joining Lord Abbett, he served as Vice President of Marketing/Client Service at Morgan Grenfell Capital Management. His previous experience includes serving as Internal Wholesaler for J. & W. Seligman & Co. and Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities Inc. He began his military career in 1986 as a helicopter pilot, and held numerous assignments while on active duty through 1992. He then served in the Army National Guard until 1999.
Recognized as an expert in his industry, Mr. Corr was awarded the Taft-Hartley Marketer of the Year distinction by Money Management Letter in 2002.
Mr. Corr earned a BS from Niagara University while on a U.S. Army ROTC scholarship.
