Partner, Portfolio Manager of Taxable Fixed Income |
Jerald M. Lanzotti, CFA, is a Partner and Portfolio Manager of Taxable Fixed Income strategies. As a member of Lord Abbett's taxable fixed-income team, Mr. Lanzotti supports the strategy for overseas bond and currency investments incorporated into some Lord Abbett taxable fixed income products, including the Lord Abbett's Emerging Markets Currency, Core Fixed Income, Total Return, Short Duration Income, Income, U.S. Government and Government Sponsored Enterprises Money Market, and Inflation Focused Funds.
Mr. Lanzotti has been in the financial services industry since 1990. He joined Lord Abbett in 1996, and became a Partner in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Associate for both Global Money Markets and Global Government Bonds at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He also worked at State Street Bank & Trust, where he was a Management Accountant for Foreign Exchange.
Mr. Lanzotti earned an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird, and a BA in international affairs from George Washington University. He also is a holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
