Portfolio Manager, Convertibles |
Frank T. Timons, a portfolio manager for the convertible strategy, is primarily responsible for implementing the day-to-day management activities for the firm's convertible investments.
Mr. Timons joined Lord Abbett in 2007 as a Research Analyst for the large cap value equity strategy. In 2008, he became a member of the Domestic Equity Research team before transitioning to Portfolio Manager in 2010. He became Portfolio Manager for the convertible strategy in 2012. Prior to joining Lord Abbett, he was a Research Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. and Senior Strategist at Sun Microsystems, Inc. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2000.
Mr. Timons earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
