Partner, Portfolio Manager of Small Cap Value |
Gregory Macosko is a Partner and a Portfolio Manager on the Lord Abbett Small Cap Value Fund's equity team. As one of Lord Abbett's senior investment professionals, he helps direct and implement the investment strategy for several of the firm's small cap value equity products, including small cap value, SMID value, and micro cap value.
Mr. Macosko, who has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, joined Lord Abbett in 1996 as a Senior Equity Analyst. He was named a Partner in 2002.
Before joining Lord Abbett, he worked as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Royce Associates from 1991–96. He also worked as a Principal/Consultant at Easton Consultants from 1984–91 and was a Consultant at Hayes-Hill from 1980–84.
Mr. Macosko earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Albion College. He also studied for a year at the University of Cologne in Germany, was a Fulbright Scholar, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
