Doug Sieg is responsible for developing the business strategy and management of the investor services, marketing, and relationship management activities of the organization, including the Private Wealth Group, Institutional Investment Services, Marketing, and Relationship Management. Mr. Sieg also oversees Product Development for Lord Abbett and is responsible for assessing the firm's current capabilities and evaluating new opportunities for expansion.
Mr. Sieg joined Lord Abbett in 1994 as a Regional Manager in Florida. He later served as Lord Abbett's Western Division Sales Manager, based in San Francisco, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Marketing in 2000. Mr. Sieg was named a Partner of the firm in 2001. In 2008, Doug was asked to create a product management & development team focused on the positioning and management of our products in the market. Before he joined Lord Abbett, he was a Financial Consultant at Pennsylvania Financial Group.
Mr. Sieg earned a BS in business from Pennsylvania State University.
