Partner, Director of Human Resources |
Diane Tornejal is a Partner, Director of Human Resources for Lord Abbett, responsible for the firm's human resources activities, which include, but are not limited to, recruitment and hiring processes, benefits administration, and employee relations, as well as compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and practices.
Ms. Tornejal joined Lord Abbett in 1999 and became a Partner in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, she was a human resources generalist and Vice President in Citibank's Private Banking Group. Her previous experience was in the field of social work at several New York City facilities.
She is actively involved in many of Lord Abbett's community-based initiatives, including the Jersey City Police Department's annual East District Toy Drive.
Ms. Tornejal earned a BA from City College of the City University of New York and an MSW from Fordham University.
